----Residency Policy----

In order to play at Torrance Little League your child must reside within TLL boundaries or attend a school within TLL boundaries as illustrated in the boundary map

Please be aware that if your child is selected to play on an All-Star Team that participates in a Little League International sanctioned tournament, proof of residency documents will be required.

----Snack Shack Retainer----

Unless otherwise specified by the TLL BoD, all families are required to work two, 3-shifts in our Snack Shack for EVERY registered player.

A $200 deposit in the form of a personal check will be collected for each player on the weekend of January 7th and January 8th, 2023.
Checks should be made out to "Torrance Little League".
We will also provide an additional opportunity to submit the $200 deposit/player for players who register after January 8th, 2023.
Player uniforms will not be distributed until the Snack Shack deposit check has been collected.
Checks will be returned as soon as the two, 3-hour shifts have been completed.
If two shifts are not worked, the entire $200 deposit/player will be forfeited.
We will pursue collecting bank fees for personal checks that bounce, and additional penalties as listed below will be applicable:

1) Players will be ineligible to participate in All-Stars.
2) Players will not receive a yearbook.
3) Players will not receive League Trophies* (If applicable)
4) Players will lose their "Legacy Status"
5) Players will be ineligible for future registration.


----Refund Policy----

For the Non-Competitive Divisions of T-Ball & Farm, a full refund of registration fees will be available, if the cancellation request is made prior to the formation of teams. A full refund of registration fees minus a $50 uniform charge will be available after the formation of teams, if the cancellation is requested prior to Opening Day. No registration fees will be refunded after Opening Day. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and sent to the Player Agent ([email protected]).

For the Competitive Divisions of Training, Minors, Majors, 50/70 and Juniors, a full refund of registration fees will be available, if the cancellation request is made prior to the formation of teams. A full refund of registration fees minus a $75 uniform charge will be available after the formation of teams, if the cancellation is requested prior to Opening Day. No registration fees will be refunded after Opening Day. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and sent to the Player Agent ([email protected]).

If the season is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic after the player draft ( i.e. if a competitive season is approved, teams are formed, but then stopped for any reason), partial refunds will be given on a prorated basis (only for registration fees) after operational expenses. Note that partial refunds will only be applicable if practice/conditioning programs cannot be held in place of competitive play.
